A classe préparatoire aux grandes écoles (CPGE) in the PT (Physics and Technology) track is a two-year intensive program in France designed to prepare highly motivated students for entrance into prestigious engineering schools (Grandes Ecoles).

The PT track focuses on advanced studies in mathematics, physics, and engineering sciences, with a particular emphasis on mechanics, materials, and electrical engineering. This rigorous curriculum is complemented by hands-on laboratory work, fostering a strong connection between theoretical knowledge and practical applications.

The goal of the program is to develop students’ critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. Admission to these preparatory classes is highly competitive, and students undergo extensive training to succeed in the national entrance exams for grandes écoles.

Completing a PT preparatory program opens doors to some of the best engineering schools in France, equipping students with the foundation to excel in cutting-edge industries and contribute to technological innovation.
